Easy to use and easy to programme the numbers. Setting the ring and sound volume was easy. The phone was for my Father in law who is hard of hearing and gets confused. The telephone does what it says on the box.

I bought this for my father who has difficulty seeing and dialling numbers, so the photo speed dial buttons are an excellent idea. The phone seems to work well. My only criticism is that the instructions are pretty meagre so some simple experience helps. Also there is an extra connector and a cable in the box that aren't mentioned anywhere in the instructions. But otherwise, it seems a good purchase.

Would give this product 5 Stars if it didn't lose the programmed numbers every time it loses power (ie unplugging or power cut). This basically means no outgoing calls can be made and my father became quite stressed. Can still receive calls but beware if this would be a problem.

We're sorry to hear that the lack of internal flash memory on this telephone is causing you problems Neil. I'm not sure whether you're going to keep the phone or look for an alternative but the most similar telephone in our range that has flash memory (and will retain saved numbers) is the Geemarc PhotoPhone 100. Your order is over 30 days old so we wouldn't be able to do a straight exchange on this occasion, but do get in touch and we'd be happy to offer you a discount and free shipping on the PhotoPhone 100, or any other alternative phone.
Well designed product which is easy to use and looks good too. Exactly what my mother needs

I bought the dementia phone for my mum who is in a care home. It's really straightforward to use and I programmed all her daughters numbers in. It works too well, as I get dozens of calls from her, but that's exactly why I got it - so we can reassure her when her memory's particularly bad and she needs some support. The cover for the numbers is great - would recommend this phone.
