This product has not been in use for long. The radio does what i expected. But the panel covering the controls is ver hard to get off. We had to lever it off with a thin blade in the crack where the edge of the panel meets the radio body. needs a "button" to get hold of.

One button radio for my Mum = ideal / immediate hit. Excellent product. Bathroom sink plug (to stop overflowing) - is yet to be attached as I could not figure out how to attach it to the chain/need plyers which I did not have. No instructions on it. Very helpful member of staff dealt with my phone enquiry, thanks for your help.

My father, who has Dementia is really pleased with his simple one button radio. It works brilliantly and looks very smart. There was a problem with the first unit supplied but it was replaced speedily with no quibble. The customer services were courteous and extremely efficient. Overall, a pleasureable shopping experience. Thank you.

Delivery was on time, well packaged. The radio was very easy to set up, the sound was very clear. We haven't yet given it to my father in law, so we can't say how he finds it. I will give more feed back after Easter when we give it to him.

Simple One-Button Retro AM/FM Analogue Radio" Price: £54.99 It does indeed have a comforting retro look and a simple on-off button on the top, but unfortunately the technology inside is deeply retro too. The sound quality is poor, with a marked hiss, and tuning is liable to drift. This of course is the FM rather than digital system, so I should have expected it. The least satisfactory aspect is that the control knob spindle on one side is over-long so the detachable fascia won't sit properly, and was damaged in transit with the surface finish distorted. Poor for the price.
