We're sorry to hear that this customer's radios did not include a power supply. All of our retro radios should come with a power supply free of charge, although we have been made aware of a small number of radios from a recent batch where the manufacturer forgot to include them. “Radio just arrived .. easy to set up. My 81 year old father who is unable to read or write, is partially blind, unable to speak in complete sentences and has slight memory loss loves it. I did hide the control dials in the back once I programmed it to his favorite radio station - however he wanted to be in control of the volume! The dials are great for the elderly .. easy to hold and control. A very happy customer and lovely customer service support. Thank you.”

“I ordered the 'One Button Retro AM/FM Analogue Radio' and I am very happy with it. I set it up for Mum in her room and she was singing along to Classic FM in no time. I still have to make sure she is remembering to switch it on. She mastered the button on the top immediately and she has dementia. Customer service was prompt and helpful, full marks!”
