“I bought a day /night clock which appears to be a good product. However, I had a problem and a query about changing the setting on the clock. This is an important question for me as the clock is for an elderly relative and I need to know the answer for the product to be at all useful. I sent an email request to the supplier as directed in the instruction booklet but my email has been returned as undeliverable. So although alz.products service is very good their supplier is not. What can I do about it?”

“Mum was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and vascular dementia. She had trouble distinguishing between daytime/ night-time. She now reads her clock and knows when to go to bingo and coffee morning at the sheltered housing where she lives. It has been a wonderful product and I would highly recommend it. Marjorie”
