“If you are still able to tell the time, but have problems figuring out if it is day or night - dark mornings and evenings in the winter, or even light mornings and evenings in the summer don’t help - then this clock is a godsend. If there is a downside, it is that cutout in the clockface could do with being a semicircle - those pseudo-clouds obscure the text for most of the day and night.”

“A good product but we wanted it for use in the bedroom and we weren't aware that it made a loud ticking noise. We have been able to use it elsewhere in the house but have had to buy another, silent, clock for the bedroom.”

“The order was completed and delivered in good time, despite the Christmas rush. I thought the large wall clock with day/night display was just what was needed. But apparently not. My Mum could not see the day/night display from her bed, and could hardly see the numbers, which was surprising. However, she wasn't happy either with the ticking noise. In the end, I have had to return it. There seems to be NOBODY in this country that supplies an electric clock (noiseless) which has the AM and PM in REALLY LARGE capitals, so that it can be distinguished between morning and evening.... The time of day is very confusing for elderly people at this dark time of year... 5.o'clock, etc. could mean either - especially when they sleep a lot and do not notice the passing of time.”
