“Charge extortionate prices for items that, if were not in demand for dementia, would not be worth any where near the price. I bought a clock for my mum, that shows whether it is day or night. That is the only difference to any other clock. It is made of cheap, snappable plastic, and I can tell it will not last long. The price: £116.00”

Hi Wendy, I do understand your concerns regarding the price of this product, one of our main aims as a company is to try to work with manufacturer's to decrease the price of products for customers, as we believe the dementia market in the UK does have a long way to go in this regard. We do have extremely competitive pricing across our whole range, however as we are a retailer we can very restricted on the pricing. Our pricing greatly depends on how much the manufacturer's charge us for their products. To address your concerns of quality, at AlzProducts we do have a 2 year warranty for electrical goods, as per EU legislation. If your clock develops any faults it can be returned to us free of charge, and either repaired or replaced. You deal with us directly and we do not pass you on to the manufacturer, on the rare occasion a customer has to return a faulty product to us they're very happy with the process.
