The concept of this product is okay. However, it doesn't interest my husband with alzheimer's. It is a simple puzzle and not engaging product to fidget, unless the patient knows or understand what to do with it. With my husband's alzheimer's, he doesn't understand it. Not really a fidgeting item in my opinion.
