“I am giving this a three as the idea is a great one and in the locating part works well. I have two parents with dementia, one of whom hides everything so I was thrilled to find this. In practice though, the locating devices are too chunky and the ring part that you are supposed to attach to the locating device and the thing you want “located” is just awful. It took me almost 15 minutes just to try and connect the fob locator piece to a key using the ring provided. Even now that I have managed to attach them, the ring is all bent out of shape. The ideal product would have around twenty locator pieces and they would be flat and easy to stick to things like remote controls, iPads, diaries, shoes, etc. The current fob like devices are too bulky and really only lend them selves to something that you can attach to with one of the rings. So as a concept it is excellent and much needed but the product itself is not fit for our needs. You need to improve the rings if you are going to keep the locator fob things.”
