“I love my cat so much! Her name is Misty. I've not stopped cuddling her since 9am when she arrived and it's not 12pm. I don't have dementia, I'm 31 and I suffer with several mental health conditions that are very debilitating. I find Misty so comforting, she makes me laugh when she suddenly wants her tummy rubbed and she responds to me whenever I touch her. This is so therapeutic if you're housebound or struggling with mental health. I can certainly say she will be a key part to my recovery.”

“We weren’t sure whether it would be utterly ridiculous or totally cute as a gift for our elderly mother who’s in a care home. Turns out it was ridiculously cute. Mum instantly took to the “cat” - she now has a new friend, something to pet and talk to. It’s not cheap, but the return in joy is priceless. I would wholeheartedly recommend it.”

“A great way of occupying and giving a focus to an elderly lady with dementia. She appears to enjoy engaging with the cat, grooming her daily, petting and talking to her and accepting that the cat needs to go outside or have its own space sometimes (valuable when attachment issues lead to aggressive behaviour). The cat itself has fooled a couple of carers initially thinking it was real. Fur is soft and handles being groomed. Sounds are good quality.”
