“The product basically works but the 2-part magnetic sensor is very insensitive and therefore unreliable. I have added 2 strong neodymium magnets which helps make the device work about 9 times out of 10. The voice prompt works well.”

We're sorry to hear that our customer is having issues with their door activated audio reminder. We are currently in contact with our customer to resolve this issue as there shouldn't be any reason why this product doesn't work 100% of the time. The system is usually extremely reliable. This may either be a set-up issue, a range problem, low batteries, or a faulty device but we'll make sure we get this fixed.
