“Second key finder ordered as the first remote went missing. There should be a way to secure the handset whilst still accessing the battery. Otherwise you need a finder for the finder!!”

“The bleep function works, albeit sometimes with a delay of a few seconds, curiously. It does the job of enabling you to find whatever is misplaced. I agree with other reviewers that installing the batteries is awkward, but this is a minor problem. A more important one, however, is that the metal rings supplied are not strong enough. People with Alzheimer's have deteriorating motor skills and a loss of touch sensitivity. Therefore, their grip is often impaired and this means that when they turn keys, they accidentally pull on the bleeper fob. In our case, this meant that the metal ring pulled apart and detached the bleeper from the key which it was supposed to enable us to trace. I had to attach stronger links from other keyrings to solve the issue. For the extra cost involved, this ought to be something that the manufacturer could easily improve”
