After a week, my Mum who has Dementia is still stuggling with this phone. She cannot put the boost button on to amplify the sound and has great difficulty replacing the receiver back down. Unfortunately I am still not allowed into her Care home as they are in 'Lock down'to help her,so am phoning the home to help her replace the receiver. Her telephone is her life line. Hopefully with more practise she will be able to make a phone call independently (which she did with her old phone)
