“Very life like with breathing function and convincing dog's fur. Absolutely loved by my elderly mum who happily strokes and talks to it. It's been a bigger success than I envisaged”

“My mother who has dementia seems to like to hold the dog. However there are a few flaws with the design. The "breathing" element of it is very relaxing but it emits a loud click noise which is quite annoying. The worst thing is that there is no "on/off" switch and the battery only accessible with a screw driver so we ended up removing the battery. Such a small thing to add a switch would improve it a lot.”

We're sorry to hear that our customer was unhappy with their pet. Unfortunately, none of the Petzzz come with an on/off switch. The battery life on the Petzzz is approximately 3 months. We advise to all of our customers, that if they are not happy with the product they have purchased then we do offer a hassle free 30 day returns policy, which our customer service team are happy to arrange for our customers.

We're glad to hear that our customer thought the Dachshund Puppy felt nice and was fairly realistic but sorry to hear that our customer was disappointed with the sound of the Dachshund Puppy. The puppy is designed to simulate the motion of breathing. There is a noise, but this is a soft mechanical sound when the chest rises and falls, which can sometimes be interpreted as breathing or purring. We do have a 30-day returns policy, so the customer is welcome to return the cat for a refund. This can be arranged by contacting our customer service team.

“Wow! Came next day delivery, wasn't expecting that. I ordered the Daschund, he is adorable, and I have already had many people thinking he's real! His fur is very life like and soft. The constant snoring is a bit much, so I have removed the battery, I think there needs to be an on off switch.”
