“This clock is very good value and fits in with our kitchen. It is probably one of the best we have seen in terms of functionally and design and provides most of what is needed. The blemishes are:- 1) IT TICKS ! ! ~ I would have preferred a silent clock and was surprised that, as it runs on a small battery, it shouldn't generate noise. When cooking, watching TV, moving around etc. you don't notice the tick, but if reading or concentrating on something else it can get somewhat annoying. 2) The digital rectangle is a good size compared to most other similar style clocks we could find. However, the dark characters get lost to some extent against the grey background, and a better contrast would make it easier for most people to identify the characters more clearly, depending on their eyesight quality. 3) The small hole in the back of the clock's plastic case is difficult to locate purely by feel and is the only method of hanging the clock [without modification]. I had to fiddle with finding a suitable screw, drill the wall, and finally hang the clock, but it would not take much of a knock for the clock to fall. The positive aspects:- 1) A large digital display which shows [from left to right] the day of the week in letters; then day of week in number/s; and month in number/s. Few clocks with digital display have this logical left to right sequence which is what UK people have to put up with when buying products made overseas. Those odd folk around the globe who have been educated strangely make most of these types of merchandise with the “wrong” designs for we Brits, so we often have little choice of products made overseas [sorry, I can’t help being English ~ chuckle, chuckle]. 2) The cost of this clock is modest enough to put up with the risk of it being knocked off the wall. Our previous clock had a similar method of hanging, and was never knocked off, so I don’t feel too concerned. 3) The hands and numerals of the clock face are very well defined and easy to read from a good distance. 4) AlzProducts seem to be a British Company and may make this clock, which would be a good thing. Anyway, they seem good to deal with, and I am happy to have bought this clock from them. I hope my feedback is of some value for you. Regards, John C ~ Norwich”

“A big clock with an uncluttered face. Dad is able to easily see the time , he previously struggled as he has Alzheimers and cataracts. Now there is no mistaking what time it is. Only downside is the day and date digital display has a dark grey background and he can,t see the date. Otherwise he loves his new clock.”

“very poor quality clock, broke down just after one day use, change battery just incase, then LED display gone on blink and finally next day day and date changed at 9.30 am.returned the clock, just got refund minus £6 . LED diplay in black hence its very difficcult to read .”

We always offer our customers either a replacement or a refund for any product received faulty, and it's the customer's decision on how we proceed. We do offer free returns labels and also refund the original shipping charge in full so our customers are not out of pocket in any way. “Love this clock , great price and does exactly what it says Only point I would make is that the month on the clock is not in written word only as a number , so mum can get a bit muddled over the month . However I would still recommend this product .”
