This product is really helping my 95 year old mother know what’s happening that day - it’s helping her know what day of the week she’s on! She’d used a diary for years but when you can no longer remember what day it is normal diaries become useless. The best feature is being able to make video calls without her having to press anything her end to receive the call. The reason I’ve given it 4 stars not 5 is because the back office is a bit clunky and some of the set up instructions could have been clearer. But overall it’s going to prove invaluable moving forward.

Purchased to help communicate with my mother in law with memory problems. Seems to work well and M IL seems to be getting used to, mostly easy to set up, VSee slightly challenging but once done easy to use. Would recommend for elderly relation and made my wife more relaxed as see can now see her and MIL was challenged by FaceTime, because couldn’t remember how to answer, VSee is remotely controlled and slightly intrusive so for Family and close friends use only

I purchased this unit for my parents-in-law who live 250 miles away and have increasing support needs because of Alzheimers and Vascular Dementia. I was really impressed with the range of services offered by the unit when I found it on the web-site, but even more impressed with the fact that it is designed to be zero-maintenance for my in-laws as everything is set-up and managed via a web portal which means I can do all that for them. I ordered a unit and had it delivered to my home so that I could set-up it up before I next went to see them. Delivery was quick and the web-portal was really easy to use. It probably took me about an hour from getting it out of the box to having it up and running with a selection of my in-laws diary entries, some reminder messages, some family photographs and having tried out the text messaging service from both my phone and the web portal. I am really impressed with the design that has gone into this device and how easy the web portal is to use. I took it up to my in-laws house last week and it is now installed and running on the side in their main room. That took only minutes as all I had to do was connect it to their wi-fi. I am introducing the capabilities of the device gently, as neither of like change now, but I hope to move to using it for video calling in the not too distant future. We have the diary, reminders and photo options up and running already. But the fact that I can mange this device remotely and there is nothing they need to do to use it is brilliant. Just what I was looking for. 5 stars.
