“the dispenser my Mother has does not fit as it should. It is very difficult to get it in and out of this frame. I thought it would be ok for any dispenser as it did not say in the description that it was for any particular make of dispenser”

We do mention on the product page that the tipper is only for branded Pivotell dispensers, however, since receiving this review we have made this more prominent on the product page and also added a list of compatible dispensers, to help future customers of our website.
