“I have found that elderly (my mother) on a number of occasions has not put the receiver back correctly leaving the phone unable to receive calls, my mother has very poor eye sight so has trouble seeing the screen and receiver. the speed dial buttons are very good”

He also likes the one touch button feature as well as the fact it has both a corded phone and a cordless phone as well”

“Sorry to say the lettering wasn't very clear for elderly people in particular. The inputting of 10 telephone numbers took a long time (and I am computer literate) and then the final straw was the photo handset which I couldn't make work even with spending time researching the internet for clues! So it has been returned for a refund.”
