“This seemed like the ideal solution for a call bell inside our house that links to our phones. However the NetzHome App is poor. I couldn’t get it to register me, despite multiple attempts. The App last had a review 4 years ago and I doubt if it is updated or even running correctly. I therefore never even unwrapped the call bell as it is useless without the App. AlzProducts should test the viability of the NetzHome app for use with their products.”

We're sorry to hear our customer had problems with the WiFi alarm that they ordered from us. We are not aware of any problems with the Netzhome app. We reached out to our customer to offer some technical support but the product was returned.

“Was able to connect to my mobile but owing to lack of any clear instructions that is all. Would like to be able to connect to Alexa, Google Hub but too busy dealing with a death in the family to spend time frapping around to research.”

“Ordered a wifi alarm pendant. Managed to pair it with one iphone, but it refused to pair with anything else despite trying multiple devices over several days. Item did not offer the facility to alert anyone outside my home network, contrary to what was stated on the AlzProducts website. Returned for a refund.”

Our customer has emailed us directly and we've arranged for a free return and full refund along with our apologies that the product didn't work on this occasion. “I bought this device as my dad is in his late 70s and had a fall a year ago and is getting to that age when he needs to be watched. Once the device is connected to wifi and you download the app onto your phone it is easy to configure. I love that more than one person can monitor the device it means two or more people can share the responsibility. After the button is pressed the alarm sounds on the phone quite quickly given how much the signal is traveling. For the price this device really is a bargain. Only criticism is maybe if the actual button itself on the device was a red circle or had SOS so the user was more aware. But its a tiny thing compared to how well engineered this device is.”

“A great product which helps me worry less about my Dad. The only downside, from my perspective, is that the software it comes with doesn't allow an alert to sound on my phone if it's on mute. However, we solved that one by installing Alertify (free app available on the google store), so now I know that when my phone is on silent, I'll still get an alert.”
