“Sadly the phone you sent me was not the model I ordered, and according to Doro, when I rang them, does not exist! I needed 3G compatibility for the SIM card I had and you offered Doro 5030 3G on your website, which, as described, would have been fine, but you sent me Doro 5030 which is only OK up to 2G. Your arrangements for returning purchases is very clear, and I was only sad that I had to use them!”
