“on my existing model i could not turn back the clock one hour no matter how hard i tried. i therefore had to purchase another clock of the same model. i am not looking forward to when the clocks GO FORWARD???.”

We're sorry to hear that our customer had problems adjusting his clock. This isn't an issue that we're aware of, although if instructions have been lost then sometimes our customers do have issues adjusting the time/date. We're happy to provide replacement instructions, and also programming advice, via email or telephone. We've contacted our customer directly to let them know that we can help with this and how they would like us to proceed. If the clock is faulty then we would of course provide a replacement as quickly as possible.
