While the handset is simple to use - the setup process is not! The instructions verge on the ridiculous and the Geemarc helpline is only available for limited times during weekdays, not a Friday evening when I needed it. Trying to set it up for my 91 year old father who suffers from Alzheimer’s was not easy. If you have access to the internet and can spend over an hour gleaning instructions from various Geemarc models, you will be ok. Geemarc really need to sort out the instructions and make them simpler and clearer (and more importantly, correct!) On a positive note, the additional handset is so easy to use and ideal for my dad who struggles with buttons and numbers.

Can't get it to charge or register with base unit. Whole experience very frustrating. Has caused us lots of problems.

Great product - made a huge difference to my mum. Instructions were difficult to follow on setting it up but otherwise highly recommended

Additional handsets are great though manufacturer's instructions are useless, ALZ have put an easy guide on their website https://docs.alzproducts.co.uk/category/263-telephones for which I was very very grateful.

Great idea but complicated to set up. I've set up 4 different DECT phone systems in the last few years but needed phone support (which was excellent) to complete this. The instructions are misleading and miss out one vital bit of info making me think the handset was faulty. The picture buttons are a different size from the base station - why?! - and they have to be held down firmly for a couple of seconds before the button makes the call - why? My 94 year old Mother finds it very difficult to push hard enough for long enough to make a call. With all other phones she or I have used the memory buttons work with one quick press.
