“An excellent product. My husband , a dementia sufferer, can often be disorientated on waking even during daylight hours and the clock is a great comfort. It clearly shows the time, and more especially usefully the time of day (eg before dawn) as well as the day itself and date. I would highly recommend it.”

“Bought for my 96 year old mother-in-law who gets confused about which day it is, and the time of day. Very clear display. Only drawback is that the display dims when the light is low, so cannot be seen at night.”

We're sorry to hear that our customer is unable to read the clock at night. The dimmer on the clock shouldn't dim so much as to make the clock unreadable at night. We haven't had any customer's report this issue before so it sounds as though either the clock is faulty or the person using the clock may have impaired vision and is trying to read the clock from a greater distance than recommended. If our customer believes the dimmer or clock to be faulty then we recommend contacting our customer service team who can look into this further and provide a replacement if required.
