“Arrived on time, re-set time, which was simple compared to a previous well known make, as it registered, on opening the box, a whole 4 minutes slow. Hasn't missed a beat since. Glad we dumped the old one, this is so user friendly. Buy it if needed and relax!”

“It is clear and easy to read which is vital. But I was expecting a clock of more quality for the money. And for some reason I thought it had a dimmer but it doesn't which means covering it with a black cloth every night and removing the cloth in the morning. A bore and another thing to think about when obviously there is a lot more going on.”

We're sorry to hear that our customer isn't happy with the quality of the clock. The design of these clocks is primarily "functional" so they are quite basic in their appearance. We do ensure that our products are reliable over time and on the rare occasion there are any issues we are happy to provide an easy and quick return/replacement service directly without having to contact the manufacturer. With regards to the dimmer, this clock does come with a dimmer as do most of our digital clocks. The reason this may not appear to be the case is due to the technology used, this type of digital clock design with very clear text uses similar screen technology as monitors/tablets and will always produce a certain amount of light.
