Competative Pricing and quick delivery. The product was exactly what we were looking for mum. It was a little more difficult to set up the keys, but after a few attempts works fine. Perhaps slightly better installation instrcution would help. Otherwise I thoroughly recomend this remote for people who want a simple affordable remote

This is a great tv remote and can be programmed very easily. If you don’t want one of the buttons to do anything, such as the AV, then don’t programme that button and it won’t do anything when pressed. The only down side to this is having enough strength in your fingers to press the buttons. They are not hard to press generally but my uncle couldn’t press hard enough to make it work as he’s got a poor grip. Maybe if it’s pressed a few times it’ll become easier.

Good service, quick delivery. The remote is fairly time consuming to programme, but once up and running is okay. So far my mother has found it easy to use. The numbers to select the TV programme has been a better choice than just and up and down arrow, she found that confusing.

We are glad that our customer has been satisfied with the product. This remote is set-up using a "Learning" programming method where codes are copied from an existing remote control. This means that set-up can take slightly longer than remote controls that use programming codes. The only remote control that we sell that uses programming codes is the Flipper remote control. AlzProducts support team are available to help with the programming of any remote controls by email or telephone.
Easy to set up. Easy operation for elderly relative.

I bought this for my 90 year old Mum who is having trouble remembering how things operate. It was a bit difficult setting it up at first as some of the buttons worked and others didn't, but after several tries, I got it up and running. Touch wood, my Mum is managing to use it okay. My only criticism is that there appears to be no way of stopping her using the channel 1 - 2 button when only channel one is being used, so she sometimes claims "it's not working" when all she has done is switch it to channel two.
