Our remote controls are designed to be as simple to set up as possible, however we do offer technical support via email or telephone for all of our products and so if any customers are having difficulties or have any queries on our products then we are happy to help them with this.

“I purchased this product for my next door neighbour Mr Cooper. I programmed the remote him to enable to change the channels and turn the television off with the new remote but didn't activate the volume controls as he finds it difficult to know which buttons control which function. We attempted to contact Chris via email shortly after he left this review to get his issues resolved but we're yet to receive a response. We do offer UK based technical support on our remote controls for all of our customers.
