“Do just what they say they will, which is great. The bonus was that I put batteries in, went away, and when I came back, it had set itself with day, date, time, everything. No buttons to press or anything. This gives me confidence that they will accommodate daylight savings time changes without help, and need no recourse to instructions when the batteries need replacing. So in sum, better than I hoped. “We received the clock the next day and it was exactly as described. We lost the old clock with dates etc during a move from the old house. The new one is an improvement as it automatically sets the time and date! Neither my wife or I have dementia but as we are retired one day runs into another and this clock keeps spot on what day it is. Even banks have clocks like this. Great piece of kit. :-)”

“Clock and display is acceptable. Once I set everything, I was unable to switch the radio control on. Also the recipient of the clock required to see the time in the dark, but the clock did NOT have a light.”

We're sorry to hear that David isn't happy with his Geemarc Viso 10 clock. The radio controlled feature is an automatic feature, which can take a few minutes to set the time on the first occasion. The time can also be set manually. We shall be contacting David to explain these points and also to offer a free exchange for a clock that does have a backlit display. Even though we have always stated that this clock does not have a backlit display, we've made this more prominent on the product page in response to David's feedback.
