“The design and ordering experience was pretty easy and effective, and the product received was better quality than I expected. They correctly detected that original graphic I had submitted for the back of the shirt was of poor resolution and communicated promptly and clearly until a confirmed replacement graphic was provided. the front of the shirt was perfect and exceeded expectations, with a very good quality print correctly matching my design. The graphic on the back of the shirt seems to be 6 or 7 inches lower than I had requested, but there may have been some miscommunication on my part during the replacement of the graphic so I cannot be positive that the flaw is their fault (though I do think it is). I will give them the benefit of the doubt for this rating purpose but I do recommend care and attention to detail in the graphic placement and confirmation during the design submittal process.”

“Was not impressed with our shirts customer service has been horrible as well. We bought the shirts to resell. Honestly I am not even feeling it now. They did not turn out like I expected or what was represented Things like logos being a little crooked randomly on the shirts is very frustrating. Calling four or five times just to be told our order is going to be delayed and our guaranteed date will not be honored although we called on the first day and explained we needed them by a certain date Logo printing quality is crappy. It's like the ink in the printer was not full or something. I could go on. :(”
