“Product works as intended, I do wish BlueAir would make it easier to properly replace the filters. When I say that, I mean about filter placement (rotation relative to slot placement inside the purifier), and instructions on how to reset the filter lifetime in the app. This will be stuff covered in the full instruction book of the Air Purifier itself, but a single sheet of A6 paper included with your new filters telling you how to do this would go along way for a positive user experience.”
