“Utterly superb. I don't actually own the IQAir 150 that this goes with. The reason I bought this, is because it contains MG formulation carbon/alumina media. And, because its the same dimensions as the GC pre-filter, I thought it would be nice to swap out the normal plain old GC one for this one, and add its capabilites. Now, I thought it was going to be similar to the plain GC one, except it would have a thin layer of activated carbon/alumina added. But instead of the light, thin layer, it has a really meaty, heavy layer. And when you consider its only £10 more expensive than the GC one that has no activated carbon/alumina, its a real bargain. You get much more than you bargain for with this great filter. I can imagine the IAQir 150 is still a great gas purifier, despite it being quite low down in their range.”
