“The dress is beautiful. The delivery during pre-Christmas time was delayed due to high work load at customs clearance in Germany. When I contacted the customer service of Alie Street I got quick and helpful answers. They even sent a second dress to increase the chance that my dress would be delivered before the wedding. Thanks so much, Marie. I do appreciate your help and kindness a lot.”

“I came across Alie Street by chance on google and I am so thankful I did. I ordered several wedding dresses to try and the customers service staff were so helpful with design and sizing information. Nothing was too much trouble. I chose the Arabella dress which was just perfect for my big day. So comfortable to wear, the lace is super soft and the dress fit perfectly. I could not have been happier. An issue when I returned some of the dresses was resolved swiftly for which I was extremely grateful. Can not recommend the company or the dresses highly enough.”

“The dress seems great - beautifully made, looks good, I ordered from Australia and really appreciated the high standard of customer service. “If I could have given 10 stars I would have! My daughter's dress arrived within a couple of days. It was packed beautifully. The lace was super soft and the dress was gorgeous. It was a bit snug so we returned it and immediately ordered the next size up. The refund was received promptly. The second dress arrived within a couple of days. I then needed to contact Alie Street who were amazingly helpful and efficient and replied to my e-mail almost immediately. Brilliant !!”
