“They stayed on my feet--& we made it through vacation. If you are flat footed or have no arch, these may be the water shoes for you. They have an ever-so-slight arch support (and I do mean slight despite reading they had the best arch support). If you have a higher arch, plantar faciitis, or are an outward ankle roller, the arch support will definately fail to stabilize your foot...& the shoe offers little support otherwise. The sole was the best part of this water shoe. It did keep out the rocks & most of the sand; water drainage was good. Normally wear a size 10 womens; wore a US 10 in these too (true to size). Overall, they remind me of grey knock off keds...& it kind of feels like it too. #avid Vionic wearer (for arch support) if that helps”
“They are exactly as advertised but the laces don’t cinch anything, there is no way to make them tighter on your foot to account for waves or moving water. There is also a hard piece of plastic, directly on top of my foot, that was not glued or melted into place correctly. Only one shoe is like that, so there is a definite difference.”
“Comfortable beach shoe but pebbles gets stuck in the very large treads in the bottom and you have to dig them out with a stick. Can make walking on pavement uncomfortable if you don’t and can certainly scratch up floors if you don’t notice you have rock in your shoe and you walk on a hardwood floor. Needs a different sole.”
“Bought these for floating the flint river in a khyak and they were perfect!! Fit great, looked great, we're cool and breathable, drained water very well, comfy and stable walking on rocks! 100 percent recommend these water shoes!”
