“These shoes worked well in water and hiking. Washes off dirt and mud fairly easily and comfortable.I bought these for both used my mom and myself for the Philippines and they were great. The only caveats I have is that 1) it takes awhile to dry, more so in areas of humidity and 2) once you get sand in them… it’s a pain to get the sand out. So, I would caution wearing them on beaches. You’ll never truly get all of the sand out and our shoes (when fully dried) sound like maracas from the bits of sand still in the shoes.We’re looking into other water shoes due to the sand reason as it bothers us, but if you’re indifferent to that, these are great.”
“For someone who occasionally wants to swim over rocky surfaces or take a hike to get to a waterfall, these are great. Flip flops are hard to hike in and easy to lose in the water, and no one wants to get their sneakers all muddy/ sandy/ wet, of course.They fit nicely and dry really quickly. Awesome purchase for someone like me who just wants a cheap pair, and has no need for fancy features/ materials.”
