“Kid took these on school trip to a salt marsh/swamp. Walked through sticky mud for 3 days, didn't clean them and I didn't find them for 2 more. They were a ball of mud. Took a bit to clean up (holes in bottom with dry mud was annoying), but even the white part is almost white again. They fit my child well and plan to use again soon.”
“We bought these for a vacation and wore them almost every day to the beach, hiking, horseback riding, walking, swimming, and more. They look like and function like regular shoes, but are thick and sturdy for hiking over rocks, yet the drainage holes and woven material make them great for swimming too.”
“These shoes are lightweight and comfortable as long as your child wears socks. They rubbed blisters on my son's heels when he tried to wear them without socks.”
“Purchased these for my son to use at Xel-Ha in Cancun. They held up great to climbing, hiking, cliff jumping, cenote swimming and more! My only grip with them were that it was a bit too tight at the ankles and my son has normal size ankles. Towards the end of the day he was complaining that it was started to hurt and sure enough it was all red.We tried taking them off and stretching them out but it didn’t help. Think I will donate these and try the other version of the kids shoes.”
“These shoes are great! They do the job of keeping my sons feet safe and secure while playing at the splash pads or at the beach. They are secure like sneakers but easy like slip on saddles. They were comfortable. I thought they would be too rough material wise but I heard no complaints from my son. I like them a lot and will buy again. They don't dry as fast as plastic saddles and they smelled after a week at the beach but I'm still satisfied”
“These seem a little small compared to other shoes I purchased for my child in the same size, but they fit well and she says they are super comfortable. She's taken to not wearing socks so these were the perfect summer shoe, especially being able to wear them in the water. Have a super active kid, so these were a great find.”
“My husband (wide feet) and I (narrow to medium feet) both love our adult version of these shoes. I bought them for my two children. They fit my daughter with her very narrow foot perfectly. They tighten up nicely to adjust. However, my son with his wider feet cannot even get his on. The adult version has a much wider opening at the top which allows them to fit easily onto a wide variety of shoe widths, but the child version has a much more fitted top with a small opening. We'll be returning my sons size 4 and trying the women's size 6.”
“My 4 year old loves these until he has to wear them for longer than an hour or two, they he complains that the ankles hurt a bit.. not enough to cause a full on melt down but mild complaining. They’re good for water shoes definitely, but I do wish there was more traction. Overall pretty happy.”
