“I ordered these for a beach trip and have not used them yet. I ordered a size 10 and normally wear a 10 wide. They fit exactly. They are a little rough inside around the seems but I am used to always wearing socks. I expect they will soften up a bit. Like I said, I haven't gotten then wet yet but I think they will work perfectly for the beach.”
“Shoe was wide on the toe area which was helpful when walking. Used to hike up a waterfall. For the most part they were comfortable. I bought a size 9, wished I had sized up. My toes touched the stitching of the front of the shoe. I think if I would have ordered a size up it wouldn't have been a problem. This might not be a problem for some people. The rubed on my toes (no blisters). Other than that the shoe was comfortable, true to size and made it through 10 days of hiking/beach time.”
“I absolutely LOVE these shoes. They were PERFECT for ALL the excursions my family & I did in Costa Rica. I used them for the: beach, pool, jet ski’s, dune buggies and sometimes just simply walking around the resort because the ground was so hot (ground’s were not ideal for bare feet).The shoes run True to size, I wear a 9.5 I think I ordered a 10 but the draw string on the top compensated for the loose fit ( I didn’t mind the loose fit at all , I was completely satisfied with the way they fit). The sand and “small” pebbles got in the shoe, but I just slipped them off, rinsed in the water, or just curled my toes, wiggled my foot under water and keep moving. We stayed 8 days and they ruggedly held up for 4/5 days I wore them for activity. I inserted a video of a climb, but we were walking down at this point of the excursion , then back to the( water) jet ski’s to another part of the island. Adjustable From land to sea. They didn’t hold water & dried easy on my foot. I rinsed them before I went to bed, sat them out on the balcony to air dry and slipped them on for the next day activity. I wore them more that my sandals, it was as if I was walking barefootBut very comfortable for me (I have planters fasciitis and a heel spur, that was of concern, but no problem for me).You can’t go wrong for the price. Just in case, have a plan B. I had one and didn’t need to use it. Very satisfied with this purchase. I may order an additional pair for future trips, just to have in case something happens to the original pair I’ve been using.”
