I bought these to wear as sneakers. Some of the styles look like aqua shoes but these actually look like sneakers and they’re very comfortable.

Wife loves them, they are like being barefoot but with protection on the soles, extremely comfortable and very easy to get on and off which to her is huge to her, we both have a couple pairs and plan on more yet, highly recommended!!!

I haven't had these in my rotation much, but did wear them for a 3ish mile walk along paved/gravel roads. I've had hiking shoes and water shoes but I've never owned a pair like this before so I can't compare to name brand versions. But I will say they aren't as ugly as a lot of the outdoor/barefoot model shoes are, which is always a plus. Comfort-wise they're probably what you'd expect for a "barefoot" shoe, which is to say you're not getting a bunch of cushion and support here. I remember someone telling me you have to train your feet to be used to barefoot shoes and I can confirm that's probably true, at least if you're walking any considerable distance in them. They are a comfortable fit, true to size, and the toe box has plenty of room for wide feet. I will probably not wear these for regular hikes, but they're a nice addition to my outdoor shoes if I plan to spend any amount of time in creeks or streams, they do have the breathability to dry quickly and I would think would provide enough grip. But these soles are softer, so you will feel nearly anything under your feet.

It's super hard to find affordable shoes with wide toe box area, so I was thrilled to find these! I'm not athletic, but love walking trails, and find these perfect for that. I also find I wear them around on errands because so many other shoes squish my feet in. My feet are not wide, but I have a Morton's Neuroma, and tight toe boxes really hurt that. So I might look a little silly int he store with water shoes on, but my feet are happy!

I wear a 9 and 1/2 and I ordered a size 10 in women's and these fit more like a size 9. There's definitely no extra room. I wished I would have bought them in a size 11. They are a fitted shoe and they are super tight over the top part of the foot and low ankle area. They are a little bit thinner than another pair of water shoes that I bought recently so I don't expect them to be able to handle anything heavy duty. They are really cute though.
