“I generally wear a 7.5 with thin socks (or none) and size up to an 8 on some of my athletic shoes where I plan to wear a thicker sock. I ended up getting the 8 which is very comfortable without a sock and fine with a thin sock but I couldn't wear a thick sock with it.Regardless, I am very pleased with how comfortable and supportive these shoes are. They says non slip which is true and they also don't 'grab' the floor and cause me to stumble. The arch support is noticeable, in a good way. Definitely non hands-free for getting them on.Price is very reasonable. I'm very pleased and can recommend them.”
