“Like going barefoot! These shoes offer some protection without adding bulk.I am a petite senior lady. My feet are small, very wide at the ball & extra narrow at the heel. (Think duck feet). I have high arches. I’ve had several foot surgeries & nerve pain in my feet. My podiatrist has prescribed custom orthotics in very structured, cushioned, heavy shoes! (Think Frankenstein boots). But it was restricting to wear on my bicycle, gardening, anywhere but walking on concrete, or standing for a long time. I found these on Amazon, and the price was cheap enough to try. I wore these all summer! Walked 1-2 miles on grass, dirt & asphalt. For gardening & biking. Also used for walking in shallow streams, on hot sand, and in lakes with rocky bottoms. The soles are just thick enough to offer minimum protection. I was able to add support through the arch area with the laces. These shoes also looked very cool!”
“As an autistic adult I find shoes incredibly uncomfortable. I have always preferred to be barefoot but of course that its frowned upon in some social situations and definitely jnot reasonable in the cold of winter...my whole life I've suffered the hell of forcing my feet into these God awful contraptions. Somehow I had never been told such a thing as barefoot shoes exist. When I discovered they were a real thing and did my research I decided to buy these shoes, figuring that in the worst case I'd have yet another pair of horrible shoes I rarely wear.Well much to my delight these shoes are amazing! I find myself almost forgetting I'm wearing them....which is something that has never happened with another pair of shoes! I no longer find myself so distracted by the desire to free my feet that it dosrypts my life!! Barefoot shoes really are almost as comfortable as being barefoot.If you are someone who hates shoes or you know someone who hates shoes THESE are the answer you're looking for. “I have never loved a shoe more than I love these. I have already bought a second pair for back-up! I have a wide foot and some foot swelling after spending 12 hours on my feet at work. My feet and legs would ache after a long day and my shoes would end up too tight for comfort. Now, I can work a full 12 hours on my feet and can concentrate on my work instead of pain. The are wide and very flexible making for a comfy fit all day. I have started using my second pair for daily wear outside of the hospital. I bought my normal size since my foot is wide. If you have a narrow foot, you may want to size down. Mine are roomy enough for thick socks.”
“I ordered a pair in May 17 the package was deemed undeliverable. And was told I'd get a refund in 3 to 5 business days. Now 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting on the refund.I did however order another pair because I was excited about them and did receive the second pair that was ordered. They run a little small but not to bad. Overall I do enjoy them.I will edit this review once I get my refund.”
“So I'm a 7 to 7.5 in all shoes so this was great bc it offers that as a size! But...it's a perfect fit with no socks. With socks my toe is right at the edge of the top of the shoe. I'm on the fence to return for an 8 to 8.5 which I know will be large. Also packaging terrible. Heels crushed in and rolled. Weird”
