“In all ways but one, these shoes are great. They fit perfectly. They are comfortable. They look decent. They dry quickly. But the holes in the bottom and the type of foam that lines them are like a magnet for gravel. If you walk along a gravel driveway, lakeshore, or anywhere with small rocks of varied size, you inevitably get them stuck in these holes in a way that makes them hard to remove.”
“I bought these shoes for upcoming beach/snorkeling trips. I didn’t expect much comfort wise. I have been surprised and delighted by how comfortable they are. I now wear them whenever I don’t feel like wearing socks. I just got back after wearing Them on a long walk in the rain. I wear them when I need to run to the corner store or heading to the park on the weekend. They are snug and soft like slippers.”
“Make no bones - this is a cheap shoe. The upper is nicely done and fits pretty well. The mesh fabric is light and breathable, and should be comfortable in warm weather. It is glued to a shaped and cut piece of thick foam, reminiscent of a swimmer's kick board.Overall, the shoe fits well, but it is also a bit snug in the toe box. As such, although you can walk in them, this is not an all day shoe. Even with light socks, they are tiring after long periods and also a bit painful near the big toe. (As the description reads - a water shoe while in the boat).I expect to keep them because I have not found another comfortable, enclosed, lightweight mesh shoe. For $30, will see how they hold up for intended occasional use.”
“I purchased these for river floats on tubes, or for kayaking, or for camping. These are comfortable and somewhat stylish shoes but they pick up sand which requires taking your shoes off to clear, and the soles pick up pebbles which will make walking on large rocks or concrete painful. They've held up well for the two summers I've had them, but I'll be looking for different shoes that don't take on sand as much for next year.”
