That footbed can come out, and be replaced, if you need better arch support, for example.My only issue is the size. I ordered size US 11; my mistake. I wear US 10-1/2 or 11 shoe.Haven’t worn them much, and they may have quickly stretched. But they fit like a size 12 or larger; a good inch behind my heel.I’m definitely going to need a smaller size.”

“Overall, very nice and light weight water shoe. I launch my kayak from a rocky and sandy beach. Small stones get stuck in the drain holes on the bottom of the shoe. The mesh that secures the laces is designed so that it traps sand. They are great for wearing around but not at my beach.”
