“My husband loved these shoes for our recent cruise and trip to Caribbean. The water shoes were comfortable and worked really well for an easy hike and waterfall day in the rainforest. He also used them for walking around on the cruise ship or different ports/cities.”
“The fit and feel is amazing. Great item for the basic lake person or the experienced kayakers. Top mesh did rip a small hole from very light scrape from a rock.”
“Arrived on time. No packing or content issues. Shoes as described. Preliminary wearing. I ordered a 9 which should be normal. Fit snug when putting them on which is as expected and desired. However, though properly snug on the sides and top, the shoes are long by at least a half to three quarters of an inch. Not clear yet if that will be a deal breaker. These shoes are intended to be camp shoes and water crossing shoes on backpacking trips. Thus, the extra toe room may not matter. Very clear that an 8.5 would be too small, too snug, so I'll just continue evaluating these. Preliminary score then is 4 stars.”
“Love the shoes. Others have asked for details so they can purchase them. Only issue was size delivered was size 13 not 12 as ordered and we don't have time to send back and reorder correct size before we go on holidays.”
“I got this for a trip to Maui. I used them for a week, during hikes in the rainforest and while in the ocean. Overall they worked great and I was super happy with the fact that I had them with me during my trip, but I did encounter a few minor issues. They were indeed a bit bigger than expected. I usually wear 9.5, I ordered 9 and it was a bit loose, not as tight as I would it liked it. I do think that 8 might have been too small but who knows? Once I wore them out of the water they were just fine, but once they got wet they would obviously expand, and after using them all day they created a blister in my little toe. Another issue was that the design of the sole made it super easy for little rocks to get stuck on it and sometimes you could feel them while walking. So that was annoying. In general, I was happy I had them with me and they did the work but they were not a smooth sail. I still haven't washed them yet so I am not sure how well they will hold after that.”
