“I love these shoes!!! I live on a lake and have searched and searched for good water shoes. I need a shoe that can handle rocky trails, rocky shoreline, sandy beaches, kayaking, boating and swimming. These are the shoe!!!!! Full disclosure: the first pair I ordered was slightly too big so I sized down half a size. Perfect length! Also I have very narrow, flat feet so I had to add some curly laces to tighten up the instep but this is a normal problem for me.I love these shoes so much I wear them all the time. I didn't think anything could ever replace my flip-flops for daily wear but i like these shoes even better! They are lightweight, they let my feet breathe, they are sturdy enough for all day wear, when I'm at the lake they do well on the rocks, fabulous in the sand and ARE NOT floppy or heavy in the water! They dry quickly and bonus: do not slide around on my feet when they are wet! Side note: I do sometimes have to knock rocks out of the treads or swish my foot around in the water to get sand out.Overall these are the best water shoes I have ever had and I will be buying more pairs of them because I will end up wearing them all the time.”
“I really like this water shoe, especially for the good price...and it looks cute. I normally wear a 7 1/2 wide, but since they didn't have wide, I ordered regular width and it still fit comfortably. My foot isn't terribly wide, but sometimes the regular width can squeeze my foot and this shoe didn't. It's a very lightweight and comfortable shoe. I also like that it has a rubber sole so I wasn't slipping around. You need to consider what you'll be using this shoe for to see if it will be a good match. If you're going somewhere with sharp rocks, they could stick up through the shoe holes and stab your foot. If you're walking in a bunch of wet, deep sand, a lot of sand can accumulate in the shoe. I use mine for walking in a rocky, sandy brook. I've found that if I'm not going for too long, I can put on a pair of thin socks so I don't feel all of the sand and pebbles that get in them. If I'm going to be walking around longer, I do have to take them off once in a while and drain the sand and small pebbles that have gotten inside which can become uncomfortable. I haven't tried any other brands of water shoes, but my friends have other brands and said the same thing happens to them. The water does drain out of the shoe well, so if you're not walking in lots of sand and pebbles this shoe would work perfectly. They take about a day to dry in the sun after I've worn them.”
“I wanted a pair of shoes I could use at a beach we go to that has tiny stones mixed in with the sand. My Keen water shoes are great for the pool but don't prevent stones and sand getting into the shoes so I ordered these. Haven't worn them yet but the construction looks as though both pairs of these water shoes will do the trick and keep tiniest of stones out of the shoes. The colors are pretty too. I don't know how they will do walking on rocks in water so I can't comment on that. Seem to have a good gripper sole though. Remains to be seen how durable they are but for the price I'l be happy if they get me through a season. I have very narrow feet and these fit fine. If I were going to be wearing them a lot I would return and get the next size up as they seem to run just a little short but they still feel fine lengthwise and width wise.”
“I noticed many reviews all over the place about recommended sizing. I think it may have to do with which color you choose. I bought the Color: Blue (Stylish) in a size 7 and they fit really well but have a little more room in the width than I prefer. I have a narrow foot. I consistently wear a size 7 in most shoes. Since I am giving those to my sister I decided to buy another pair for myself. I bought the Color: Green (Stylish) in a size 6.5 and a size 7 to see which would fit best. I found the green ones to be huge. I tried on the 6.5 first and they seemed more like a size 7.5 or 8. I then tried on the green (stylish) size 7 and they were big also, maybe by a half size. I returned both green pair. I then ordered another pair of the Blue stylish in a 6.5 and 7 because of the inconsistency with sizing and I need them by Fri. As it turns out the blue (stylish) seems consistent with sizing. The 6.5 feels tighter in the width which I prefer but the length is border line too small. The 7 fit just like the first pair of blue (stylish) size 7's I bought. They are very comfortable as everyone else has stated.”
“I originally ordered a 8.5 (my normal shoe size), but I had to go a half-size down for these to fit correctly. Once I got the correct size... I LOVE THESE. I have them in this grey color and a pink color. Used them on my Costa Rica trip and they were amazing. Comfortable, decent support, and you don't have to deal with wet socks! All of my friends asked for the link by the end of the trip.The only negative I have is that the sole comes out? Not sure if that's by design or not, but it does that with both of them. But only when you're taking off the shoe. They stay in place while you're wearing the shoe, so that's all that matters to me.”
“I purchased these to walk on the beach, wear in the yard & they have worked great for both uses. They are super light weight & easy to clean. Just remove the inserts & hose them out. I used a little dish soap with ease & success to remove a stain. The fabric is a little different. It’s fabric but feels like a mesh of fabric & plastic. I used sport socks with them when I1st got them to get my feet use to them & that worked great. I love how they look & how comfortable they feel on my feet. They are not made to support your feet during running or exercising but I forget they’re on & they look great so I end up wearing them to the store & when walking the dogs. Stones can get stuck in the treads but it’s easy to remove them. My feet are a little wide, I wear a size 9 & found them true to size. I purchased the grey with light pink trim & just love the color! I love wearing these & would purchase them again in a heartbeat! I really hate when I have to take them off!!”
“Great water shoes! Got these for my Caribbean cruise trip, where we would be going on several nature type of excursions. These are super light weight, and I was able to snorkel with them on (fins sometimes aren't allowed for protection of reefs and wildlife) they did not slip off and were lightweight while swimming. I have small narrow feet, so I worried that they might slip off, but was impressed that they did not budge. They were still comfortable and true to size. They protected my feet from the scorching hot sands and rocks. One beach had a lot of broken glass from beer bottles, and these shoes protected my feet just fine. I like the style of these, as they are sleek unlike your typical bag-like water shoes. I live near the beach, and go weekly to SUP, so I am excited to use these for those adventures as well. I don't have to worry about leaving my flip flops on the beach, I can go directly in the water with these! I normally wear a size 6 or 6.5 in shoes. I bought the 6.5, and they fit great!”
“Four of my friends and I bought these shoes to go trekking through The Narrows at Zion. They were PERFECT! Super light, comfortable, stylish, and great in the water. These were great for the 1 mile paved hike up to the Narrows Gateway, and then wonderful for the 6 or so miles walking in and out of the water and across slippery stones (with the help of a hiking pole, at least). Be aware that the "laces" on this shoe aren't actually laces, so I added a set of laces from another pair of sneakers to make sure the pressure of moving through the water didnt pull the shoes off my foot. The insole was super comfortable, but around the last mile of our water trek, the arch started to irritate my foot. It could be that I have flat feet or it could be the sediment that inevitably and eventually made its way through the mesh... but nevertheless, I would highly highly recommend this shoe - especially at this price point! Totally better than spending the money to rent the neon shoes and socks at the outpost and I would absolutely consider wearing this on a casual basis.”
