Aleader Women's Xdrain Classic Knit Water Shoes WHITE/LIGHT GRAY/KNIT / 6 US Reviews

These are GREAT for beach walking! I love them and they are so easy to clean up and dry super fast. Once they get wet, they are not at all uncomfortable and the water passes right through them so they don't make you feel like you are walking around with a ball and chain on your leg. Sand does get in, too, but most of it shakes out without having to take them off so it's not a big deal. The only thing I wish I could change about them is that my feet are just slightly too narrow for them and I would like to be able to tighten them somehow.

I bought these shoes for my California trip to visit my cousins, where we planned to visit the beaches and this shoe was really comfortable for walking. This was the only shoe I brought on my trip and it went well with my casual outfits. I also tried them with socks on and it fitted comfortably and not tight. I will say that the shoe does not insulate, so if its cold and windy, you will feel the cool temps. I had to put my socks on for that reason in Cali. Also, if your feet sweat a lot, these shoes made my feet sweat, which kind of made my feet smell, wearing them for long period of time. So I had to put baking soda powder to absorb the smell. Overall, I think this shoe was comfortable, fit as expected. I have wide feet and wear size 9. They did look larger than a size 9, but fit as expected when I tried them on. I like them and will use this for my short travels and water trips. Only reason, I gave this a 4 star instead of a 5 is because it made my feet smell a little. Also, I have not tried them in water because the beach water was way too cold to dip my foot in, so will try them in water at a later time and update.

I bought these for camping and wore them off and on before we actually went because of hot weather. They did awesome walking on sidewalks and pavement. They were super comfortable the entire time wearing them and fit like a glove.Once we went camping I wore them into a rocky river and into a rocky lake. I slipped once or twice due to slick/smooth rocks but overall the shoes helped me keep my footing and acquired no damage during the entire event. In order to access the river I also had to hike up and down very steep rock and dirt hills and the shoes held up wonderfully. I will point out that you may get rocks stuck in the bottom of the shoe due to the holes for water ventilation or whatnot but they are extremely easy to pull out and the narrowing style of the holes stops the rocks from poking your feet. (Unless you stomp around). All in all I was severely impressed with the quality of the water shoe. (And extremely relieved that it fit so well).

Pregnancy wreaked havoc on my already super duper wide feet, and a year after giving birth I'm still not recovered. I developed a tailor's bunion on my wider left foot that made it even wider so that EVERY PAIR of pre-pregnancy shoes save for flip flops and a pair of JBUs with holes in the un-reinforced mesh toes wouldn't fit. So I wore flip flops, and then developed plantar fasciitis as a result as I began taking long daily walks with my daughter at the 6 week mark. In the past, I've cured this by weight training barefoot in the gym and wearing minimalist shoes out and about which allowed my foot to strengthen and support itself, but the hormone relaxin coupled with swelling during pregnancy and flip flops was working hard against me this time and it took a lot longer to fix. Now that my foot is 85% better, I wanted to walk again and kick my holey JBUs to the curb (they were never that comfortable anyway, and needed an arch support insert). In come these babies--and I'm in heaven! They're light and airy and I was able to wear them immediately without socks, although they also work well with. The arch support hits me right where I need it an has stopped my feet from pronating so much. The mesh is sturdy, but better yet the toe is reinforced! No more big toes poking out the top of my shoes! I hope to one day be able to wear my minimalist style shoes, and these won't be much help to me if I need to traipse outside when there is snow on the ground, but in the meantime I'm going on long walks again and I'm thrilled. I wear a 10.5 wide, the 11 fits wonderfully.

I got the black and gray for my teenage daughter and the pink and gray for myself before going to Hawaii, where we knew we would be walking on lava rock and rough terrain around the beaches. The black and gray are very stylish, and became her favorite shoes for the summer - not just for the beach. My pink and gray version are styled more like Keds, with piping across the top, and are not as good looking. However, both styles were equally functional. Of note is the sole, which is thick and comfy, but has many large channels to drain the water. Our feet were well protected and comfortable. Afterward, I was able to easily remove the insoles and spray the sand out with a hose - no problemo! We would buy these again and recommend them. Note that there are multiple styles among the color choices, but they are shown as one product.

I bought these for ocean use as I just can't risk stepping on something with all of my foot problems. They work great! To my surprise, they don't fill up with sand. Sand goes through them. They do get covered with wet sand when walking from the ocean back to our house so they need a good hosing off. As long as you thoroughly hose them off EVERY time you wear them, they don't smell but if you forget, they'll stink from all the ocean smells. They stay on tight and never are loose. I bought my regular size 10 in gray (stylish). The grommets are rusting a bit but I don't care. They don't have support like an expensive sneaker but they are much higher quality water shoes than typical. I love them and will buy again when these wear out. Small stones/shells do sometimes get caught in the bottom holes but I just pop them out.

Great water shoe! My husband and I used them in a river bed hike and they worked like a dream. The stream bed was a little farther from the lot than we'd expected and walked on the rocky path farther than expected. They do not have great support when walking the path, and they kept getting rocks stuck in the vents in the bottom. There is a mesh liner in between the sole and the inner liner that the small path rocks cut up on my husband's shoes (though the inner shoe liner keeps the rocks out of the show itself). However, they functioned great in the stream! Good grip, excellent drainage, fast drying. We will be sure to wear some lightweight sneakers to get to our water destination next time.

First I wear a 9-9 1/2 regular shoe and decided with the 8 1/2 and that fit perfect! Second this is the best water shoe I’ve ever found! I’m 20 and I’ve been kayaking, tubing, canoeing, etc. since I was about 3-4 years old and the one thing I hated the most was the water shoes! These shoes have changed the game for me. The sole didn’t budge, the shoe didn’t slip or fall off even in rapids, I had no problems with rocks getting in my shoe, you can hardly feel them when swimming and they don’t make kicking feel weird or less powerful, they’d are cute and dry fast, they slip on easy and fast, and I even was able to use them to scale a 10 foot vertical mud wall with little to no traction issues and had no problems with them falling off as I jumped off the wall and different bridges into the fast water. I love these shoes and until I find something better I will continue to use these shoes!!
