Aleader Women's Xdrain Classic Knit Water Shoes WHITE/LIGHT GRAY/KNIT / 6 US Reviews

Even if you normally need a "wide" you may find these OK. I've been using for water volley ball and aerobics and am very pleased. After two weeks of use they seem to me that they'll certainly survive the season if not longer. They are suitable for walking on sidewalk/pavement getting to/from pool, etc. but I'd not try them on a true "hike". If you are looking for a hiking shoe that can get wet this isn't the solution. However, if you are looking to keep your feet from getting battered during water based activities in a civilized environment (pool) these are great. I've not had opportunity to test them in a sandy environment such as a beach. After reading other reviews I was a bit leery of rusting grommets. Because the color was perfect I did end up choosing one with the metal grommets and haven't noticed any rusting issues so far. There are two other variations that don't have grommets at all if this is a concern.

I typically wear a size 9 in flats and athletic shoes, some times up to a 9.5 for my running shoes. I ordered a 9 in these and they were really large. The 8.5 were much better, but I probably could have even gotten away with an 8 to wear them sock less.I wore these for about a week in Colombia. I treated the fabric with big repellent and a light coat of waterproofing to make them ever more which dry. I was really happy with them as walking shoes worn with socks. We did some pretty serious hiking and scrambling and I didn’t have any trouble. My only complaint as walking/hiking shoes is that the holes on the bottom allow quite large stones to accumulate. They come out, but it can be uncomfortable.Without socks and in water, they were large. Sand can easily pass through the mesh, which means that they’re easy to rinse out when you’re ready to get dry. But again. You’ll accumulate. While I was in the water, they were pretty grippy. I was able to cross some slippery creek beds with no issues. My husband went barefoot on the same stretch and fell :(And here’s where they fell a little short. After getting wet, I hiked with them up to the top of a waterfall that had a short rock incline down to a pool. Hard to explain, but bare with me. It was a really slippery rock that wasn’t submerged in water. So if you look at the bottom of these shoes, they aren’t rubberized. So I actually ended up taking off my shoes to slide down the rock bc the bottoms of my feet were “stickier” than the shoes.I know that’s an extreme situation, but if there is a redesign any time soon, I would recommend adding more grip bc they are otherwise perfect. They pack flat, are super light, comfortable, and didn’t give me any blisters right out of the package (mostly worn with socks). They dried within an hour, fit well, and were super cute. I haven’t tried running in them, but it seems doable.

A little pricey Great water shoes, which I wear just about everywhere! Very comfortable as though I'm wearing sandals but with much better protection. I took two stars off for them skipping over a size 9 for some reason. I didn't want loose shoes, so I opted for the 8.5, which is a bit tight. It's not very noticeable if I keep the lace loose. Size 9 would have been perfect.

I bought these over some other more expensive, big brand, options for a vacation and it's not like they are intended for everyday wear. I wore them on the beach, snorkeling, and in mud pits and they performed well. Pros - Great cost. Lightweight. Easy to pack. Comfortable. Easy to dry and clean. Cons - Not much cushion for all-day wear. The soles will come loose when taking off if still wet, although they popped back in ready for wear.

Very good shoes wore them on a bike tour in Kenya during the rainy season and they performed well with water. More effective drying would have been preferable, they would be moist for most of the day after getting wet, but I have no comparison and performed totally fine as so.

Looked for a shoe with draining in the sole - a lot of shower shoes hold water so I feel like I'm swimming inside my shoe. This shoe has great drainage. My only complaint is that the upper portion of the shoe does not dry quickly - the day after use, the upper is still damp. Not a huge issue for me but not what I was expecting from a shoe marketed as Quick Drying. I still give the shoe 4 stars for draining and comfort, so overall I'm pretty happy.

I'm normally size 10-11 depending on the type of shoe so I ordered a size 10.5 and found it was a bit long. Otherwise though - beautiful water shoes and nice padded soles!

I like these shoes. They are well made and have a thick sole so stepping on small rocks etc, doesn't hurt my feet. The sole is porous so the shoe doesn't fill with water and slosh when you walk.
