“I liked that the sand and water seemed to wash out while I was at the beach. I also liked that I didn't have any stubbed toes or injuries while walking around on coral rocks in the Bahamas with these. They are comfortable and do a good job.”
“I purchased these for a water aerobics class. I am 68 year old. I ordered my regular size and they fit perfectly. They make all the difference in the world in the water. I would buy again.”
“Love these shoes, bought for trip with lots of walking and where it rains every day. Was perfect. Fit very well. Didn't even need all the band-aids I packed.”
“Very comfortable! We went from beach swimming to tourist sight seeing and these were so comfortable for both! The insoles don’t slide out like the typical swim shoes, and they stay in well in the water. My daughter and I both loved these!”
“These light weight water shoes worked well. I loved being able to hike in them and walk right into/through the water with no issues. Others were changing between hiking and water shoes. People with sandals (Tevas) ended up with blisters. My husband had a different type of water shoes and said he felt every rock he walked over. These had great traction and my feet didn’t slip around in them. No blisters. No problem up and down cliffs and ladders to Mooney falls. The one thing I really thought could be better was the mesh which makes the upper of the shoe. The holes in the mesh were big enough that gravel got in easily. Lucky they are slip on so I could take them off easily (and frequently) to get the gravel back out.”
“This is for "Black (Stylish)" (the fine mesh one) in 6.5The good:- I wear a 6.5 in shoes normally, and ordered the same. They fit as expected.- comfortable soles, walked all week in them (on street/ sidewalk in dry and rainy weather, or in the sea). Did not try hiking in them. I have actual hiking boots for that!- dry relatively fast (at least, faster than I expected!) They were only slightly damp after an hour or so of being out of water, and dried out completely overnight.- put them through the washer/ dryer at the end of the week (low spin, low heat) and they came out clean and dry. Should *not* have put the soles in dryer, as it warped them, but they're still usable. The bad:- seams/back of shoe felt rough and in the heat felt like it may blister. I was using a foot balm or opted to wear socks while not in water so I did not blister. May have to get water socks to wear inside them?- when sand gets in them it's a PAIN to rinse out. The soles are easy enough to rinse out, but the shoes themselves always has some said stuck inside and stayed that way until I gave up and ran it through the washing machine.- I wore them for a week straight, getting in and out of the sea. When shoes dry they do smell, though I'm unsure if that's just expected of anything air drying after being drenched in seawater. They smelled a little worse than my swimwear did, but I had rinsed out my swimwear with tap water when I got out of the water, and I had not rinsed out the shoes before letting them dry out.A friend ordered the "Black/Black" (large mesh one) in a 7 or 7.5: they dried faster, smelled less than mine, and held on to less sand. She did not experience the back of the shoe blistering sensation. All in all an good shoe: comfortable, looked good, and I definitely got some mileage out of it and plan to do so in the future. I'm rethinking using them for future beach trips but they will definitely be my kayaking shoes.”
