“This company does not fix the problem. My air is came damaged from poor packaging. There was a hole. I asked for replacement and they sent me $3.90 saying they cannot replace it cause the third airbod is free so they sent me $3.90
Which is unfair. I paid for two and you get one free. The one is damaged. I simply asked for replacement and they refuse. Terrible customer service and poor packaging led to the hole In the airbod”
