“Not 36S, but I like my 38R, which I have kept. I returned the 40R and thank you for the refund on that. However, I also returned a 40R (from order 162408) using the same paid for label as advised by Phoebe. This was clearly labeled as such by me in the same package. The courier DPD advised me two weeks ago on Monday 9 December that the parcel was back with you.
Please can you also process this refund as soon as possible.
