“Lovely boots but my foot was too wide for the zip fastening on front hoping to choose another pair different style. Boots arrived quick and I knew I had to pay the £10 to return them so a little disappointed that I havnt had a refund yet. They did say they were very busy but it leaves me unable to purchase new boots until refund arrived in my account must say a little disappointed as company looks top market so would of expected refund with 48 hrs not more than a week especially as I have had to pay for return”
