“Lovely boots but my foot was too wide for the zip fastening on front hoping to choose another pair different style. Boots arrived quick and I knew I had to pay the £10 to return them so a little disappointed that I havnt had a refund yet. They did say they were very busy but it leaves me unable to purchase new boots until refund arrived in my account must say a little disappointed as company looks top market so would of expected refund with 48 hrs not more than a week especially as I have had to pay for return”

“Excellent service very comfy boot true to size and very waterproof fantastic for around the yard and walking the dogs. No free gift of socks was available so a very welcomed gift voucher was sent so I look forward to making my next purchase.”
