“This printer has all the reliability/repeatability of the range, but at a very good price. The material choices are limited compared to the X1E for engineering parts, but for unreinforced PLA, PETG, it's perfect. The display interface is crude by comparison with the more expensive machines, but much easier to work using the app or via BambuStudio anyway. The UI is OK just to swap filaments that have run out, for example, where manual intervention is needed.”

“Hi, I received a Bambu Lab printer last week. The staff at Additive X were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, the machine stopped working a couple of days ago. Material clogged / stuck in the print headf. I have been in discussions with Craig from the technical team. Tried a couple of things and the printer is still no working. However, Craig has other solutions in mind. Obviously, I am very disappointed that the printer is still not working. However, the measure of a company’s service is when things go wrong and I am confident that the problem will be resolved soon. Thank you”

“My P1S was ordered online on the Sunday 18th and arrived on the 20 February. Very fast with the package undamaged. The printer has been amazing compared to the Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro. A breath of fresh air. On two occasions when I had queries with the order or logging on to their website I was given immediate help and answers by friendly staff. The whole deal with Additive X was a lesson in how to run a business to the other firms I've dealt with in the past. Well done to them. I strongly recommend them.”

“Good price, and free delivery. Had a phone call after ordering, explaining a short delay due to stock... no biggie as there was a 5-6 week wait for a prusa, and this P1S is better anyway. Now it's here, I can't believe how good it really is.”
