“very impressive as frequently reported on 3d printing channels. However as I have discovered via other 3d printers over several years-assembled is never as quick as suggested-ok no big problem in itself-slowly-slowly catchee monkey as the old saying goes. But i have found the feeding of filaments on the AMS light attachment 'a nightmare' to say the least. I also am not impressed with the reel attachment on the 4spools as they just do not 'lock' the reels and within minutes they just fall off and upset the whole operation-?solution-or is it that they are restricted to Bambu's own re-usable spools. This has forced me to use the single reel currently. So far although inputting my Wi-Fi adress and it loaded ok I cannot acess the printer directly to send models for printing - possibly I have not completed the whole process (ie the Handy App.) so must try to follow this through. As to performance - the included sim models were superb! So I do not regret this purchase. However one disappointment on unpacking and assembly was to discover that the orange Zmotor cable was 'missing' - I eventually found that it was trapped during assembly and was crushed by assembly by means of the cabinet shielding. I spent some time disassembling the associated panels in order to free it - on sight I thought it would prove unusable:possibly shorting out. After some persuasion with needle-nosed pliers I teased it into sufficient shape to connect the pins. It seems to be working so far! Your recommendation not to use filaments other than PLA seem contradictory-who would not wish to use the other filaments for specific models where temperature/flexibility/toughness etc are demanded?. My other gripe is that I cannot access Bambulab.com - I receive a message that the site is not accessible- can you please advise.”

Unfortunately we don't have any control over the bambulab.com site as it's not ours so very sorry not sure how to advise you on this.

“After looking at the reviews on the site I ordered the printer as an upgrade and when it arrived it was spotless not a mark on it. The box was sound no marks or splits so it looks great - very pleased with my ‘new’ printer and with the saving I made very impressed”

“I have bought 2 a1 combo refurbished A condition,The Printers are like new which was a suprise when i opend the box everything was included,They have been printing none stop without eny problems,i am now saving for my third,I am over the moon at finding this company and hope that they can keep the prices low and the quality of goods and sevice to the public, Thankyou all at AdditiveX”
