“A big thank you to you all at X. You have dealt with a self inflicted problem with an order in the most efficient manor. My bank whilst doing its job, got well and truly in the way of a successful order. You dealt with getting the A1 to me by Monday morning despite this. Incredible service. The A1 was packaged really well. The printer was in first class condition. If you are doing the heat bed rework, you wouldn't know it. Zero evidence of any marks or missing packaging. I've just got refund notification of the initial payment. Thank you. Finally a company who's chat service actually works, with follow up response as fast as is possible. Great service, fantastic product, the A1 is incredible, how such a high end build quality machine can be purchased for the price, is beyond me. Thanks once again and best regards.”

“Picked up the printer direct from the office. Basically a brand new printer with the fix to the heated bed cable. Got a tour of the workshop with the various printers that they sell. Cannot recommend Additive-X more highly”
